Root Chakra Muladhara
The root chakra is our foundation- it’s location is the anus.
The last opening in the body, and represents release and letting go of what no longer serves us, as well as being our connection to the earth and innate wisdom.
We are supported, we are safe, and we are being urged to be who we are without fear. When we work on a strong foundation, by taking time to meditate and listen to what our universe is about, we can firmly plant our roots and grow tall and wide.
Sacral Chakra Svadhisthana
Location: Sex organs
This is surprisingly (or not) an emotional storage center in the body. When we get nervous, we can feel uncertainty in the lower belly or loins. Let this mantra remind you that what doesn’t bring light to your life anymore is taking up space for something that does. Allow it to float away on the wind, because when we grasp tightly, there is no space to move or breathe— what does that look like for you?
Solar Plexus Chakra Manipura (OUT OF STOCK!)
Location: just below the belly button.
This is where we connect to nourishment. Both the digestion of food and also ideas. This is where we create and turbine our own happiness through what we nourish ourselves with.

Heart Chakra Anahata
Your heart is a re chargeable love battery. When you listen to it instead of fear, you are making it more powerful.
The electrical impulses in your chest have permeated through all time and space to get here.
All the dreams that begin in your heart space are dreams that will propel not only you, but the world forward.
When you give love to others and yourself, you are recharging that battery.
Throat Chakra Vishudha
What is true for you might not be true for others, but that doesn’t negate it’s reality in your heart. When we express our truth, we are showing people how to care for themselves. When I am speaking out of alignment, my neck will let me know. And if I’m not speaking my truth, my throat will let me know with feelings of constriction. The only way to move through the uncomfortable is to do just that. Often I cry when I sing, the tears are more powerful and my throat constricted. I then begin to sing louder, without any regard for what I sound like. My own judgments of “uncontrollable emotional singing” are keeping me uncomfortable and keeping the joy inside. Spit it out and see what happens.
Third Eye Chakra Ajna
Time to see clearly. I’ve chosen labradorite because it helps us download information from the universe. When we close our eyes and focus on the possibilities, hold the image of true peace in our gaze, we set a baseline for not only change, but a true way of being. The intuition is bogged down nowadays from all the searching we do in others to find our meaning. When closing the eyes, and focusing them on the brow point, you are massaging the pineal gland and releasing juices that make that center stronger— i.e. visualizing what it is you want. It begins within, and then can be manifested on the outside.
Crown Chakra Sahasrara (OUT OF STOCK!)
Within you are dreams and wishes. Know that you are divinely supported when you want to express love and help others. Even if it feels like a flop, you are changing the world. You do have it in you— always. No matter what is going on, the moment you give it up to the energy that has pervaded all time and space so that you could be right here right now, you will find your answer.
