A few months ago, I decided I should write about rocks. I really love them, and I find their messages so empowering!

Each one I meet reminds me of a part of myself I didn’t know was there. SO, for the first installment of #rocksrock or whatever this is…..

Rose Quartz

It’s the pink one!

Most people think it’s the stone that will bring them love. True! But not in the way you think.

Rose quartz is for cultivating love. Anything you want in life, you have to make for yourself or ask someone else for. This stone reminds us that we ARE love and don’t need to go looking for it!

rose quartz: (light icy pink) love, joy, warmth, healing/calming, peaceful, freedom from negative feelings.

My meditations on rose quartz:

• Soften the focus, i.e. be kind to yourself
• See your worth, see your work, see your progress (like you are your own grandma and you couldn’t be more proud)
• Seeing how you deserve to be treated
• Seeing the everlasting love and vast importance of taking care ( of things, yourself, the dishes, etc.)
• Seeing yourself objectively, in the most supportive and loving way.
• Seeing yourself as you would a beloved.

Gifts you give to yourself = gifts to your most cherished on this earth.

Cherish yourself.
